LifeFit Group MidCo GmbH aligns financial year with operating companies and publishes additional annual audited consolidated financial statements for 2019

Frankfurt/Main, 29 September 2020. LifeFit Group, a leading fitness and health platform in
Germany and operator of the Fitness First, Elbgym, smile X, Barry’s Bootcamp, The Gym Society
Germany, Pure Barre and Club Pilates brands, has published its audited annual consolidated
financial statements for the financial period ended 31 December 2019.

LifeFit Group MidCo GmbH (the “Issuer”), a LifeFit Group entity, published its audited
consolidated financial statements for the financial period ended 31 October 2019 on 28
February 2020. In order to comply with German legal requirements, the Issuer today publishes
its annual audited consolidated financial statements for the financial period ended 31 December
2019. Further information was provided in the press release on 13 August 2020.

On 7 August 2020 the Issuer completed the filings for registration of change of its financial yearend from 1 November to 31 October in order to align with the financial year-end applied by the
operating companies of the LifeFit Group. Thus, the reporting period from 1 January 2020 to 31
October 2020 is a short financial year.

Going forward, the Issuer’s financial year will end on 31 October of each year and quarterly
reporting will thus continue on this basis, which will simplify reporting by aligning the filing dates
for operating companies and the Issuer.
