LifeFit Group announces the first day of trading of its EUR 40 million senior secured bonds

Frankfurt/Main, 17 July 2020 – On 10 July 2020, LifeFit Group MidCo GmbH (the “Issuer”), a LifeFit Group entity, announced the approval of a bond prospectus and the application for admission to trading of its EUR 40 million senior secured callable floating rate bonds with ISIN: NO0010856966 (the “Bonds”). The Issuer has applied for admission to trading of the Bonds, and the first day of trading will occur on 20 July 2020.
